We have ambitious growth plans!  Therefore, we’re looking for a Recruiter who will work closely with iWelcome’s HR Manager through full cycle recruitment of select openings in our various positions. You will be responsible for posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. We are looking for someone who can manage the hiring needs of multiple departments across the company in a time of explosive growth, but also someone who can organize all kind of events to create enormous brand awareness for iWelcome in the (labour)market.

Key responsibilities 

Our new colleague will:

  • Manage the recruitment process for assigned positions;
  • Building up and managing a recruitment pipeline. Report on a weekly basis through recruitment meetings;
  • Assist hiring managers in the creation of enhanced profiles and job descriptions;
  • Source candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, jobboards, own network);
  • Screen candidates via resumé reviews and telephone interviews;
  • Schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other colleagues;
  • Organize roundtable, hackathons, visits events etc. to attract new talent;
  • Make ‘noise’ on the social media (facebook, twitter, instagram etc.);
  • Attract young talent (from University) to give them a tremendous opportunity to start their career at such a cool company like iWelcome;
  • Report directly to iWelcome’s HR Manager.

Required skills, experience

 Our new colleague:

  • Has minimal 3-5 years of experience as a (Corporate) Recruiter;
  • Has preferable knowledge of recruiting candidates who have experience in Identity & Access Management or IT Security;
  • Has a broad network for potential suitable candidates for iWelcome’s positions;
  • Is a hunter and result driven, comfortable with cold calling and experienced in building pipelines and driving opportunities to success;
  • Is an organizer, who pro-actively arranges on a frequently base all kind of recruitment events;
  • Is a team player with exceptional organization and communication skills;
  • Is self-motivated, creative, has a hands-on mentality and eager to exceed expectations;
  • Is comfortable in a dynamic environment such as iWelcome, does not show a 9-5 mentality and likes to make a difference;
  • Is a fluent speaker and writer in both Dutch and English.

We have our offices centrally located in Amersfoort (HQ) and Nijmegen, The Netherlands, sales reps in UK and Germany, and our development teams in both the Netherlands as well as Romania.
